These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FitFlow mobile application ("FitFlow", "the app") provided by AKG Studios ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
FitFlow is a personal health and habit-tracking app that lets you plan workouts and meals, log water and weight, journal, meditate, and track your progress. It is provided free of charge, with no subscription and no advertising.
You sign in using Google Sign-In. You're responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure, and for the activity that happens under your FitFlow account. You must be at least 13 years old to use FitFlow.

Health disclaimer. FitFlow is for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or qualified professional. Always consult a professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program — especially if you have an existing health condition.
Everything you log in FitFlow belongs to you. We store it to operate the app, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export the relevant figures from within the app and delete your data at any time.
We work hard to keep FitFlow running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features over time as the app grows. We may also update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
FitFlow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKG Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — FitFlow. Because the app is provided free of charge, our total liability is limited accordingly.
You may stop using FitFlow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
