Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm. Deletion removes all of your data permanently and cannot be undone. You can also see our Account & Data Deletion page.
Make sure you're connected to the internet and signed in. Force-close the app and reopen it. If the issue continues, sign out and back in from Profile → Settings.
No problem — use the day selector at the top of the Workouts and Meals screens to move to a previous day and log past entries.
An account is required so your data can be saved and synced across devices. We use Google Sign-In, so there's no extra password to remember.
FitFlow is 100% free with no subscription and no ads. We don't sell your data, either.
Right now FitFlow is available on Android via Google Play. iOS is something we'd love to do as the app grows — if you'd like it, email us and let us know.
Try force-closing and reopening the app first. If it keeps happening, email us your device model and Android version so we can reproduce and fix it quickly.
