Account & Data Deletion

It's your data. Removing all of it takes a few taps — no hoops, no waiting.

Delete it yourself, in the app

The fastest way. Everything is removed immediately and permanently.

  1. 1Open FitFlow and go to the Profile tab.
  2. 2Tap Settings (the gear / "Update your profile details").
  3. 3Scroll to Delete Account and tap it.
  4. 4Confirm. Your account and all data are erased right away.

Prefer we do it for you?

Email hello@akgstudios.net from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my FitFlow account". We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Permanently removed
  • Account & profile (name, email)
  • Workouts, meals & schedules
  • Water, weight & progress logs
  • Journal entries & meditation history
  • Streaks & all insights
Kept after deletion
  • Nothing personal is retained

Once deletion completes, none of your personal or health data remains on our systems. We may keep anonymous, non-identifying analytics that can't be traced back to you.

This can't be undone. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — there's no recovery window, so export anything you want to keep first.
